These terms cover your company's ("you") use of Cheer Event Hub, an event-management hub operated by All Day Cheerleading, Inc. ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your subscription
- Starter is $199/month for up to 10 events per season; Pro is $299/month for unlimited events. Annual billing is 10% less.
- A season runs June 1 through May 31. Cancelled events don't count toward your limit.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your hub stays open until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- Upgrades are charged the prorated difference right away. If a payment fails we'll retry, and your hub may be paused if it stays unpaid.
Your data
- You own the information you and your people put in the hub. We use it only to run the service for you, and we don't sell it.
- You're responsible for having permission to collect your staff's and judges' information, including W-9 tax details, and for how you use it (for example, filing 1099s).
- Social Security and Employer ID numbers and bank account numbers are encrypted. Our support team can't see them, even when helping you inside your hub.
- To help with a support request, our support team may sign in to your hub as one of your users. Every visit is logged and shown to you on request.
- After you cancel, you can ask us to export or delete your data within 90 days.
Acceptable use
Don't use the hub to send spam, break the law, or try to reach another company's data. Texting features may only be used with people who have opted in.
Service
We work to keep the hub available and backed up but can't promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
